Job Summary:

The Product Development Coordinator supports the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely and accurate execution of seasonal collections. This role acts as a central link between design, sourcing, vendors, and production to deliver samples and products that meet design intent, quality standards, cost targets, and commercial timelines.

What you will do:

  1. Coordinate the
    sample development calendar
    to ensure timely delivery of proto, fit, and sales samples.
  2. Liaise with
    vendors, patternmakers, sewers, and the sourcing team
    to confirm fabric and trim availability.
  3. Track and monitor
    sample progress
    , troubleshoot bottlenecks, and escalate issues as necessary to keep timelines on track.
  4. Support and organize
    fit sessions
    with designers, supplier technical teams, and fit models; document feedback and follow through on revisions.
  5. Facilitate the
    tagging and signing of salesman samples and merchandising copies
    , ensuring approved samples are production-ready and aligned with cost objectives.
  6. Maintain and update
    development status reports
    , ensuring clear communication across design, merchandising, and production teams.
  7. Input and maintain
    product attributes
    (style codes, categories, design spectrum, lifecycle, etc.) in line with internal systems for accurate tracking and reporting.
