Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering
  • With three to four (3-4) years' experience in Heavy Equipment/Gen Set services

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages parts operations and inventory in the assigned work location / on-sites by monitoring and planning of parts to ensure parts inventory level that will meet customer parts requirements. The objective of the position is to meet customer parts requirements in ensuring component availability/cost effectiveness for the customer.
  • Eliminate administrative delays in providing forecasted parts inventory especially for major parts components
  • Checks completeness of documents sent by on-site warehousemen to counter sales and resolves discrepancies immediately in order to ensure proper billing and on-time collection.
  • Nurtures healthy business relationships with customers, communicates with them and visits them when needed in order to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
  • In the absence of on-site Warehouseman during emergency leaves takes over the functions in order to ensure continuous support on major projects.
  • Performs other related functions as deemed necessary.
