Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Engineer to join our Special Ops Team under the Operations Department. This role involves close coordination with site engineers, office staff to ensure project schedules, documentation, and quality standards are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with site engineers and office teams on project schedules and approved plans.
- Update project status reports, including delays, budget tracking, and upcoming schedules.
- Formulate and maintain a Site Engineers Manual.
- Create and update QA/QC checklists.
- Keep track of the latest approved plans in coordination with site teams and the marketing department.
- Prepare as-built plans.
- Develop and maintain forms for work requests, checklists, and site instructions.
- Enhance communication and documentation processes for engineering operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CAD software.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple teams.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
