We're looking for a motivated and dependable Virtual Dental Assistant to join our expanding remote team

This is a full-time, long-term work-from-home opportunity where you'll provide virtual administrative and patient support to a dental practice, ensuring excellent service and full compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Fresh graduates of Dentistry, Dental Hygiene, or related courses are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients virtually while gathering necessary details
  • Manage calls, messages, and appointment scheduling
  • Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Coordinate with dentists, patients, and team members
  • Maintain accurate and updated patient records and reports
  • Perform general administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Graduate or fresh graduate of Dentistry, Dental Hygiene, or related courses
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Friendly, patient-focused, and team-oriented attitude
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • Stable high-speed internet connection (with backup preferred)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a clean or plain background
  • Dual monitor setup preferred

Technical Requirements

  • Processor: Intel i5 10th Gen / AMD Ryzen equivalent or higher
  • RAM: Minimum 8GB (16GB preferred)
  • Webcam: 1080p quality (e.g., A4 Tech PK-910H)
  • Headset: Noise-canceling (e.g., Logitech H390)
  • Power Backup: UPS or similar for uninterrupted work

Training Program

New hires will receive in-depth training on:

  • Common dental procedures and terminology
  • Patient communication and coordination
  • Dental management software and systems

Training Details:

  • Compensation: ₱10,000/month + night differential
  • Hours: 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Philippine Time)
  • (After training, transition to a full 9-hour shift)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
