Location: Remote
The role
A hybrid UX and visual designer who will own the digital experience of our client - from Shopify UX and email design to visual optimization and analytics testing. This person will bridge creative design and data-driven problem solving, ensuring the website, campaigns, and visuals are both beautiful and high-converting.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Shopify website pages (home, PDPs, landing pages)
- Conduct UX tests and analyze heatmap/behavior data (Hotjar, Google Analytics)
- Design digital visuals for campaigns, social, and email
- Curate photo/video content and maintain brand consistency
- Use AI tools (Nano Banana, Midjourney, Runway ML) for creative mockups
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaign performance and A/B test learnings
- 3-6 yrs in UX/UI, digital, or visual design (retail/lifestyle preferred)
- Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, Hotjar/Lucky Orange
- Must have prior graveyard shift experience with U.S. time overlap
- Analytical yet creative mindset; detail-oriented and proactive
- Must present a portfolio showing UX and visual storytelling ability.
