About the role

The Certified Public Accountant is a full-time role at CCFCC' located in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. As a key member of the financial accounting and reporting team, you will play a strategic role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and review accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  2. Perform account reconciliations, analyse financial data, and identify trends and anomalies to support informed decision-making.
  3. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses to provide valuable insights to management.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for various business initiatives.
  5. Ensure the timely and accurate filing of tax returns and other regulatory reporting requirements.
  6. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of financial systems and controls.

What we're looking for

  1. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in financial accounting and reporting.
  2. Proficient in the application of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and a strong understanding of financial reporting standards.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and present insights effectively.
  4. Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and demonstrating strong communication skills.
  5. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
  6. Familiarity with financial software and proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
