Your Role
What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for event inquiries and respond promptly (within 30 minutes during working hours, 9 AM-5 PM, 7 days a week, and within 16 hours outside that window).
- Take and answer phone calls consistently, prioritizing direct communication to build client trust.
- Manage large client relationships and perform proactive sales calls when needed.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings (with a target of 95% conversion and closing within five email exchanges or 3 days).
- Upsell food & beverage packages, team-building activities, and signature Mirra experiences.
- Manage and coordinate game bookings, ensuring clear communication with the team on schedules, preparations, and event customizations.
- Send reminders and updates to clients and internal teams to guarantee smooth event execution.
- Lead venue tours and foster partnerships with hotels, corporate administrators, and local partners.
- Collaborate with the BOH team to design menus, handle special requests, and ensure flawless service.
- Oversee event logistics from start to finish, ensuring every detail is executed seamlessly.
- Create and track invoices, contracts, and event records to maintain accurate client accounts.
- Ensure every client leaves with an exceptional experience and enthusiasm to return.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- 2+ years of experience in events, sales, or hospitality.
- Ability to handle inbound/outbound calls and nurture large client relationships.
- Experience with scheduling, invoicing, and payment/account tracking.
- Confidence in upselling, closing deals, and managing client expectations.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A proactive and collaborative team player with a passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
