Our Philippines Team:
We work in the financial technology sector and primarily assist supporting trading/investment companies with their operational needs. Our organization is separated into two primary divisions: operations and customer service. The Philippines team is an expansion of our current teams in Taiwan and Malaysia. This is because we are currently handling global accounts and hoping to expand our services to support a 24/7 coverage.

Join Our Trading Team as a Complaint Officer
As key members of the Trading Team, our role as Complaint Officer is to manage daily client complaints and ensure smooth communication with the front-end team.
Our mission is to act as impartial intermediaries between the company and its clients, dedicated to resolving concerns promptly and efficiently. By addressing client issues with professionalism, we aim to enhance their experience, prevent the escalation of problems, and uphold exceptional service standards while building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage daily tasks with thorough training and case-specific guidance.
- Investigate and address client complaints in alignment with the company's Standard Operating Procedures.
- Provide clear, supportive guidance to clients regarding their concerns.
- Handle challenging complaints with professionalism and execute approved compensations.
- Work autonomously while maintaining a proactive and driven approach.
- Identify and promptly report recurring patterns in complaints and feedback.
- Continuously enhance quality control measures in line with company standards.
- Address client grievances using established frameworks while crafting customized resolutions.
- Conduct diligent online research to create tailored responses, with ongoing support until expertise is achieved.
