We are looking for a versatile creative professional who can produce both video ads and graphic design assets for our campaigns.ResponsibilitiesVideo Production

  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram Reels, Stories, Feed)
  • Write quick scripts and shot lists, producing multiple hooks/variations for A/B testing
  • End-to-end video production: shooting, editing, color grading, subtitles, motion graphics
  • Repurpose social trends (TikTok/Meta) into performance-driven ad creatives
  • Collaborate with marketing and media buying teams, optimizing based on CTR, CVR, and ROI

Graphic Design

  • Design static ad creatives (banners, carousels, feed images) aligned with brand guidelines
  • Produce visuals in multiple aspect ratios (1:1 / 9:16 / 16:9) for different placements
  • Create campaign key visuals, promotional graphics, and EDM designs
  • Ensure brand consistency across ads and marketing materials
  • Develop motion graphics/GIFs to enhance ad engagement

Requirements

  • Proficient in video tools: Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut (or similar)
  • Proficient in design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva
  • Strong portfolio in both video and graphic design (must-have)
  • Solid understanding of social media ad formats and best practices (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Strong creative sense: composition, typography, and color use
  • Ability to deliver multiple variations quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: Experience in iGaming,entertainment industries,or Media Agencies

Compensation & Benefits

Portfolio Requirements

  • Video samples: 5–8 short-form ads (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) showcasing hooks, pacing, and CTAs
  • Graphic design samples: 5–10 ad designs (banners, social posts, campaign key visuals)
  • Bonus: Indicate past projects where your work improved CTR, CVR, or ROI

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php150,000.00 per month
