Job Description

We are looking for a licensed Architect to join our Engineering Division at Balesin Island Club. You will manage multiple civil and architectural design projects, lead teams, and ensure compliance with building codes, design standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural planning, design, and documentation
  • Supervise and mentor junior architects and design teams
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants
  • Ensure quality control, code compliance, and project delivery
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Oversee CAD/Revit documentation and 3D modeling

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Architect with 3–5 years of experience
  • Strong portfolio of built projects and leadership capability
  • Expert in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and construction documentation
  • Knowledge of materials, construction methods, building codes
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
