Location and Work-set up: Taguig (Monday to Friday, On-site)

Salary Range: PHP20,000-25,000

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Does

  1. Conducts validation and checking of business documents and online banking forms submitted by partners for activation and wallet creation.
  2. Updates the trackers, databases, and in-house platform/s for partner document related tasks.
  3. Assists in corresponding with internal clients regarding queries and concerns and following up regarding the documentation of the partners acquired.
  4. Responsible for the safekeeping of partner documents and forms.
  5. Prepares reports such as partner documents completion rate, list of partners with lacking documents, list of partner documents received, etc.
  6. Performs other tasks, as may be deemed necessary by the business unit

  1. Being able to multi-task when providing support to the Onboarding Head and reporting line
  2. Keenness to detail in conducting administrative tasks for operational needs such as updating of trackers, uploading documents in the platform or GDrive

C. Delivers (The specific outputs / tangible results produced by the role; resources responsible for)

  1. Feedback to Internal Clients: Update internal clients on the status of document collection and validation for wallet creation.
  2. Trackers and Database Updates: Maintain and update trackers and databases regularly.
  3. Feedback to External Clients: Inform external clients about the status of their documents.
  4. Basic Reports: Generate and provide basic reports as needed.
  5. Daily Updates: Ensure the document tracker is updated daily and reports are sent out.
  6. Compliance in Document Uploads: Upload onboarding documents and forms to Google Drive or the designated platform.
  7. Timely Correspondence: Communicate promptly with both internal and external clients regarding document-related matters.

Job Qualifications *

  • College Graduate, preferably Business Administration or Business Management
  • course
  • 1-3 years of administrative or secretarial experience preferred
