
Sr. Business Analyst | Learning Performance with up to 120K sign-on bonus

Primary Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and interpret performance and learner data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive improvements in learning curriculum and instructional experiences
- Perform root-cause analyses on performance deviations and outliers, identifying both immediate and long-term solutions
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and business-friendly narratives and recommendations
- Partner closely instructional designers, trainers, and leadership teams to implement data-driven learning solutions
- Present insights to stakeholders through intuitive dashboards, reports, and support leadership presentations tailored for non-technical audiences
- Act as a liaison between technical data teams and business stakeholders, ensuring insights are effectively communicated, actionable, and aligned with business goals
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive innovation in learning analytics and curriculum design
- Participate actively in all phases of project lifecycles including requirements gathering, data analysis, benchmarking, testing, validation, and rollout
- Support and advocate for a "Customer First" mindset, challenging existing processes and pursuing innovative solutions to enhance the learner and stakeholder experience

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Education, or related analytical field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5 years of experience
working within Learning & Development or educational analytics environments - Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Excel dashboards)
- Demonstrated experience analyzing complex datasets and translating insights into meaningful business recommendations
- Solid proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data manipulation techniques
- Proven ability to clearly and effectively communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Proven excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams independently with minimal supervision
- Solid project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated curiosity, self-motivation, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within Learning & Development or educational analytics environments
- Experience conducting quality trending, quality improvement, and process improvement initiatives
- Experience deploying large-scale analytical solutions in complex, matrixed organizations
- Exposure to Machine Learning/AI or advanced analytics projects
- Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management tools
- Knowledge or experience in healthcare environments and related datasets
