Meet the team:

Dexcom is seeking a Sr Business Intelligence Analyst for Customer Advocacy to work closely with regional and global Quality teams to provide analysis and insights to support the delivery of local business plans. The individual should be a self-starter and is comfortable working with large, complex and diverse data sets to provide actionable and insightful information to business partners.

Responsibilities
  • You utilize various data sources to conduct in-depth analysis of Customer Advocacy performance, identifying trends and generating actionable insights.
  • You develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) for Customer Advocacy towers.
  • You engage regularly with Customer Advocacy Pillar leaders to ensure insights are validated, relevant, and acted upon.
  • You onboard new team members in the effective use of analytics tools and reporting processes.
  • You collaborate with third-party data providers to deliver analyses and identify opportunities for prioritization.
  • You partner with the Training team to identify and address analytics training needs across the organization.
  • You work cross-functionally with Business Systems, Data Analytics, and CA Operations teams to align analytics efforts with business goals.
  • You support special projects aimed at improving commercial performance and expanding operational capabilities.
  • You contribute to initiatives that build and enhance Dexcom's Customer Advocacy Operations analytics infrastructure.
Qualifications
  • You have proven experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
  • You are proficient in tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • You are familiar with CRM systems like Salesforce and other sales-related technologies.
  • You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Your technical aptitude includes strong command of Microsoft Office tools—Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • You bring a collaborative mindset and thrive in cross-functional environments.
  • You may have experience working with third-party medical data providers such as IQVIA, GERS, or Binley's.
  • You have prior experience in the Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industries, which is a strong advantage.
  • You are comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Experience and Education Requirements
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience or Master's degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years experience.
