Resources Analyst

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collecting data on resource allocation, utilization, profiles and onboarding
- Implementing relevant Resource Management metrics in order to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce
- Analyzing data and statistics for trends with regard to sourcing practices, turnover/ attrition, and compliance with Gcash principles and practices.
- Optimizing and implementing new data processes and systems
- Compiling reports of data results for stakeholder presentations
- Recommending improvements and ways to elevate Resource Management practices
- Reviewing and updating resource requests, endorsements and active pool
- Resource Planning & Management
- Onboarding & Administrative Support
- Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Support end to end hiring process
- Monitoring and management of employee's workload through Jira
- Vendor Coordination and Management
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND COMPETENCIES
- Ability to identify efficiency measures and improvement approached
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Data management, reporting skills, and adept in spreadsheet/Excel and Jira (JQL), visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio
- 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of Resource Management Practices
