DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily activities of production staff to ensure adherence to schedules and achievement of production goals.
  • Train new team members on standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and equipment usage, while providing ongoing training and support to current employees.
  • Create and manage production schedules to ensure targets are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Optimize the use of labor, materials, and equipment to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Streamline workflows to reduce downtime and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of production output, quality control inspections, and equipment maintenance.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent production delays.
  • Collaborate with departments such as procurement, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure smooth and continuous production operations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least College level/Vocational/Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related field is often preferred.
  • At least 6 months of experience related to food processing/supervisory level
  • Understanding of quality control procedures, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and other relevant industry standards.
  • Willing to work in Merville, Paranaque.
