About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Quality Leader
with a strong background in the
Healthcare BPM/BPO domain
. The role will drive the strategic quality framework, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience, compliance, and operational delivery across healthcare processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Quality governance, audits, and performance management for Healthcare business units.
  • Implement and strengthen Quality frameworks, sampling methodologies, and RCA structures aligned to healthcare standards.
  • Drive Six Sigma, Lean, COPC, and digital transformation initiatives (AI/ML/RPA) to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
  • Partner with Operations, Training, Process Excellence, and Analytics to deliver client KPIs and compliance metrics.
  • Proactively identify trends, manage risk, and ensure adherence to healthcare regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor Quality teams across levels; drive capability building and succession planning.
  • Collaborate directly with clients in the healthcare domain to address performance, insights, and transformation opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of Quality Management experience in Healthcare BPM/BPO
    (mandatory).
  • Strong expertise in Six Sigma/Lean (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred).
  • Experience with digital/automated QA, AI/ML/RPA-driven transformations.
  • Proven track record of managing healthcare quality metrics, compliance, and audits.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
