We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Virtual Dental Assistant to join our growing remote team This is a full-time, long-term work-from-home position focused on delivering administrative support to a dental practice while ensuring excellent patient service and strict HIPAA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist patients virtually while collecting required information
  • Respond to patient concerns professionally and with empathy
  • Handle calls, messages, and appointment scheduling efficiently
  • Coordinate with dentists, patients, and team members to maintain smooth workflow
  • Keep patient records and reports accurate and updated
  • Perform other related administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Friendly, patient-centered, and able to build positive rapport
  • Fast learner with a collaborative, team-first attitude
  • Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Stable high-speed internet connection (with backup preferred)
  • Quiet, professional workspace with a plain background
  • Dual-monitor setup

Technical Requirements:

  • Processor: Intel i5 10th Gen / AMD Ryzen or better
  • RAM: At least 8GB (16GB recommended)
  • Webcam: 1080p (e.g., A4 Tech PK-910H)
  • Noise-canceling headset (e.g., Logitech H390)
  • UPS/power backup to avoid interruptions

Training Program Includes:

  • Dental procedures and terminology
  • Effective patient communication
  • Training on dental management software

Training Details:

  • Allowance: ₱10,000 per month + night differential
  • Schedule: 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM (PH Time)

Upon successful completion of training, you will shift to a full 9-hour work schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
