Be a Strategic Force in Financial Accuracy and Compliance

Step into a key role where precision, timeliness, and diligence are essential to sustaining operational success and financial transparency.

  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of accounts payable transactions, including invoices and expenses.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers with accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee the closure of invoice lists received from Supply Chain (MIGO) and Procurement (no PO) transactions.
  • Monitor and ensure the closure of advances to suppliers in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate posting of recurring monthly payables and adherence to financial schedules.
  • Coordinate with Treasury for the prompt transmittal of original supplier invoices.

Build Strong Partnerships and Drive Operational Efficiency

  • Record and track supplier disputes, ensuring timely follow-ups for credit notes or refunds.
  • Manage and resolve supplier inquiries and concerns with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain a monthly payable schedule and aging reports to support sound decision-making.

  • Support continuous process improvements to enhance accounting accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • A team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
