About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing team in the Philippines. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and partner closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent that aligns with our business needs and culture.
You Will
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, create job descriptions, and align on sourcing strategies
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment platforms
- Screen and assess candidates for qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
- Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health)
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring across various functions (e.g., tech, operations, sales, customer service)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (Moka, Greenhouse, LinkedIn, JobStreet, Kalibrr, etc.)
- High attention to detail, organized, and capable of managing multiple requisitions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional team
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and hiring compliance is a plus
