QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in Accountancy

· At least 2 years of experience in general accounting or accounts payable preferred.

· Preferably in construction and design engineering companies, banking and financial firm, retail, FMCG distribution, etc.

· Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and reconciliation procedures.

· Proficiency in MSO Word, Outlook, Powerpoint. Advance MSO Excel skill is a must

· Basic understanding of accounting principles.

· Familiarity with accounting software is advantage

KEY JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

· Preparation of Accounts Payable Vouchers (APVs) in accordance with company policies and supporting documentation.

· Monitor and update the status of Temporary Payable Personal Items (TPPIs) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

· Reconcile TPPI accounts on a regular basis to verify balances and identify discrepancies.

· Prepare monthly and quarterly TPPI monitoring reports for management review and audit purposes.

· Coordinate with internal and external contacts regarding TPPI-related transactions and ensure timely resolution of issues.

· Prepare necessary Journal Vouchers (JVs) to record adjustments, corrections, or settlements related to TPPIs and other payables

· Support the accounting team in month-end closing activities and provide documentation as needed for audits.

· Maintain organized and accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
