First Aider

PROJECT BASE

PROJECT LOCATION: BANLIC CALAMBA LAGUNA

Preferably a College Graduate or Vocational Course completer related to Health, Safety, or Emergency Response (e.g., Nursing Assistant, EMT, or Health Science courses)

2. Certification & Training

• Must have valid First Aid Training Certificate from a DOH-accredited or Red Cross training provider
• With valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) certification
• Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) or COSH/BOSH certification is an advantage
• Refresher or re-training must be done every 2 years (as per DOLE and DOH standards)

3. Experience

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in emergency response, medical assistance, or site safety preferred
• Experience working in construction, manufacturing, or field environment is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in incident reporting, record-keeping, and basic medical documentation

4. Skills and Competencies

• Can perform basic first aid procedures (e.g., wound care, bandaging, fracture immobilization, CPR)
• Able to assess and respond quickly during emergencies
• Knowledgeable in emergency evacuation procedures
• Can communicate clearly with safety officers, nurses, and supervisors
• Physically fit and able to assist injured persons when needed

5. Personal Qualities

• Calm and alert under pressure
• Responsible, trustworthy, and disciplined
• Has strong attention to detail and good communication skills
• Team-oriented, with a strong sense of care and safety awareness

6. Other Requirements

• Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules
• Must wear proper PPE and comply with company safety policies
• Preferably with a valid government-issued ID and medical clearance

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
