DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle customer inquiries and process travel bookings (flights, hotels, tours, etc.).
  • Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and hotels to confirm reservations.
  • Assist clients with visa applications, including reviewing and organizing required documents.
  • Submit visa applications to embassies/consulates and monitor the status.
  • Maintain and update client records, booking details, and visa statuses.
  • Provide accurate information about travel itineraries, visa processes, pricing, and policies.
  • Assist in resolving booking and visa-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process payments, issue invoices, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Stay updated on visa regulations and travel requirements to provide informed guidance.
  • Work closely with the team to enhance the efficiency of the reservation and visa processes.

SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Must be proficient in computer softwares and websites
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in office software and online booking systems.
  • Knowledge of visa application procedures and requirements is an advantage.
  • Experience in travel reservations or visa processing is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Trainable and willing to learn. Must be open to working in Marikina City.
