Job Description:

Revenue Management:

· Assist in the development and implementation of revenue management strategies to optimize room revenue

· Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to make informed pricing recommendations

· Update and maintain room rates and availability across all distribution channels (PMS, OTA extranets)

· Implement and manage promotions, packages, and special offers

· Track and analyze the performance of pricing strategies and promotional activities

· Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell hotel services and facilities

· Ensure rate parity across all distribution channels

· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports, highlighting key performance indicators

Reservations Management:

· Efficiently handle reservation inquiries received via phone, email, online platforms, and third-party channels

· Accurately process, confirm, and modify reservations, ensuring all guest details and preferences are captured

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records in the Property Management System (PMS)

· Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, services, room types, rates, and promotions to potential guests

· Manage group bookings and room blocks, ensuring accurate allocation and adherence to contract terms

· Generate and analyze reservation reports to identify trends and opportunities

Guest Service & Communication:

· Build and maintain positive relationships with travel agents and corporate clients

System & Administration:

· Maintain a strong working knowledge of the hotel's Property Management System (PMS) and other relevant software

· Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures related to reservations and revenue management

· Assist in the training of new team members on reservations and revenue management processes

· Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

· Experience in hotel reservations or revenue management.

· Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and optimizing occupancy

· Strong understanding of revenue management principles and best practices

· Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
