Customer Service Representative (CSR) – International Account | Work-from-Home / Hybrid | Immediate Hire
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) with at least 4+ years of experience handling international accounts to join our growing global support team. This role supports a well-established US-based service company and involves working closely with both Philippine and US counterparts in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to answer inquiries, resolve issues, verify account information, and process service requests or sales.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including call ratios, customer "saves," adherence to scripts, and service resolution metrics.
- Resolve customer disputes and conflicts professionally, ensuring a positive outcome while maintaining company standards.
- Collaborate closely with US-based managers and team members to deliver consistent customer experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Adapt quickly to new systems, products, and scripts within the 2-week training and transition period.
- Minimum 4 years of customer service experience handling international (preferably US) accounts.
- Strong English communication skills — both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to achieve and maintain measurable service and sales KPIs.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Self-motivated, fast learner with attention to detail and professionalism.
- Comfortable working directly under US-based management.
- Personal computer or laptop in good working condition.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Stable power supply or backup power source for WFH setup.
- Work setup: Work-from-home (Hybrid option available at our Mandaluyong office).
- Schedule: Follows US business hours / Philippines night shift.
- Start date: January 5th (immediate hiring).
- Compensation: ₱23,000–₱26,000 per month plus performance-based commissions up to ₱20,000+.
- Must provide proof of prior employment and work references.
