About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Accel International Manpower Corporation as an Airline Customer Service Representative. As a full-time employee, you will be based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to airline passengers.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance with flight information, booking changes, and other inquiries
  • Handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Updating customer records and completing necessary documentation
  • Collaborating with the airline's operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Adhering to the company's policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of customer service

What we're looking for

  • College degree in a relevant field
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the airline or travel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
