QA Functional Tester

This is Project Based employment - until FEB 2026: It is still a Full time job that you will be having a full-time schedule but as project employee, it is a contractual type to our client for a minimum of 3 months or until Feb 2026* Your contract will be under our company but you will be deployed to our client. Our company will process your mandatory benefits/ salary. _*After 3 Months/ Feb 2026, it depends with your project status or to our client if they will renew/extend or end your contract.

READ : Your salary experience expectation is subject for approval. It depends on your skills and experiences.

Note: Salary will be divided into daily rate; considered as NO WORK NO PAY but REGULAR Holidays announced by the Ph Government are paid. Example: If you didn't work on Special Holidays - Not Paid " NO Work NO Pay" but If you didn't work on Regular Holidays - Still Paid. Of course, if you've worked either on Special or Regular Holidays, Daily rate is paid with Holiday pay as well. Benefits while on a project based: HMO & Mandatory Benefits;

Also, since you will be supporting US, NO Work No Pay Applies on US company Holidays. If the client announced that the specific date is US Company Holiday and they mentioned that your team has no operations (not allowed to work on that day), you will not be paid for that day.

IN Short, No Work No pay applies if you have no work on Special Non-working Holidays , US Company holidays, and if you're absent.

Your salary expectation will still undergo approval of the management. Salary on this post is not the actual budget for the role. It depends on your experiences and skills. They may also negotiate you.

POSITION: TEST ANALYST

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Amenable to work on a FULLY ONSITE in Taguig (Around BGC)
• Open to work on a fixed NIGHTSHIFT Schedule and any shift or shifting assigned if needed
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in software QA/testing
• Proficiency with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Must have experience with SQL
• Experience in writing test cases and executing manual tests
• Familiarity with API testing (e.g., using Postman)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• · Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• · Preferably with UKG WFM software experience
• · Preferably have Test Automation experience such as Selenium and Tosca
• · Preferably wth macro and visual basic
• Open for project based employment as indicated above
• Can Start ASAP

Pay: Php40, Php68,000.00 per month
