FIELD ENGINEER (General Construction)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • At least 3-5 years experience in concreting works, form works, and structural steel
  • Willing to accept assignments anywhere (Cagayan de Oro)
  • Must have knowledge in estimating in civil works and structural steel
  • Must possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively direct site staff, subcontractors, and other on-site personnel to ensure efficient workflow, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating tasks to meet project timelines and quality expectations.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, manage diverse teams, and resolve issues on-site is essential for success in this role.
