Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor Credit Officers in conducting credit investigations, background checks, customer visits, and credit evaluations.
  • Review and validate the accuracy, completeness, and quality of credit reports.
  • provide recommendations and final approval within assigned authority limits.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for credit investigation and assessment.
  • Work closely with Marketing Officers to support application processing and resolve concerns.
  • Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing.
  • At least 5-8 years' experience in Credit Truck/Auto loans
  • With Approving Authority is an advantage
  • Skills: Tele CI, Income Analysis, Credit Report Writing, Basic ID and Company Verifications
  • Keen attention to details
  • Can handle and works well with a team
  • Excellent analytical and documentation skills
