We are seeking a visionary Director of Service Delivery to lead and shape how we deliver exceptional results to clients across multiple lines of business.

This is not just an operational role — it's a strategic leadership position. You'll oversee today's delivery operations while designing the next-generation framework that drives scalability, excellence, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end service delivery operations and ensure consistency across programs.
  • Define and implement standards for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Build, coach, and develop high-performing delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with Technology, Transformation, and PMO teams to integrate automation, analytics, and AI.
  • Own and manage delivery P&L — driving profitability and account expansion.
  • Champion process standardization and organizational change.
  • Contribute to leadership strategy and long-term business growth.

What You'll Bring

  • 15+ years of leadership experience in BPO, shared services, or service operations.
  • Proven success in building and scaling delivery systems from the ground up.
  • Strong background in P&L ownership, commercial growth, and client satisfaction.
  • Experience implementing automation, AI, and analytics into delivery processes.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Pay: Php300, Php450,000.00 per month
