We're now seeking a results-driven Advertising Specialist to join our team and work directly with our CEO to expand our online presence, improve lead generation, and maximize return on advertising spend.

Position Overview

We are looking for an exceptionally skilled and experienced advertising professional with proven expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads management. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable with paid advertising and organic growth strategies, combining technical skills with creativity to drive measurable results.

This is a remote, part-time position based in the Philippines (25–30 hours/week to start), with the potential to transition into a full-time role quickly if performance is exceptional. You'll be working closely with the CEO, making a direct impact on the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads & Facebook Ads Management

Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROI

Monitor performance metrics, adjust targeting, and A/B test creatives

Minimize conversion costs while improving lead quality and volume

Website & Landing Page Development

Build and optimize high-converting landing pages

Update and improve website design, layout, and functionality

Content Creation & SEO

Write compelling ad copy, blog posts, and marketing materials

Implement backlink strategies to boost search rankings

Develop content to improve both paid and organic reach

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports

Present actionable insights and recommendations to the CEO

Qualifications

Required:

Proven expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads management

Deep understanding of Google Ads Manager and Facebook Ads Manager platforms

Strong skills in landing page creation, website editing, and design tools

Experience in backlink building, SEO, and organic ranking strategies

Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal)

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions

Preferred:

Experience with WordPress or other website builders

Graphic design skills for ad creatives and marketing content

Background in writing persuasive marketing copy and blog content

Performance Metrics

Your success in this role will be measured by:

Reduction in cost per conversion

Increase in lead quality and lead volume

Improvement in organic search rankings

Overall impact on revenue growth through marketing efforts
