Job Description:

The Spa Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. This role includes handling reservations, answering inquiries, and supporting the day-to-day front desk operations to help create a seamless spa experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients warmly and professionally
  • Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and re-scheduling
  • Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
  • Promote spa services, packages, and promotions
  • Handle customer check-in and check-out procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Assist with basic administrative and cashier duties
  • Branch head responsibilities (managing branch employees).

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, or front desk roles preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-groomed, polite, and confident
  • Organized, punctual, and dependable
  • Willing to work mall hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Preferably willing to stay in
