  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with therapists and other staff to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory of front desk supplies and report replenishment needs.
  • Follow company policies, health protocols, and safety regulations.
