The ROLE

The Business Support Specialist (SMSF) will be an essential team member supporting an Australian Self-Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF). You'll work closely with the SMSF Client Manager and your pod to support workflow, documentation, compliance processes and coordination with strategic partners.

You are the ka-Tribo of the SMSF Client Manager, making sure accuracy is maintained, tasks are completed on time and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset is delivered to advisers and stakeholders.

What YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Support the SMSF Client Manager with daily tasks and client updates
  • Handle onboarding, documentation, proposals and basic compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with partners, auditors and internal teams to keep work moving
  • Maintain clean records, updated workflows and timely task delivery
  • Assist with audits, invoicing and end-of-month checks
  • Help improve processes and support team projects
