What the role will entail Responsible for making the branch the main distribution channel of the bank by selling its products and servicesGrow and deepen relationships with existing clients by offering other products and services suitable to themImplement marketing programs/strategies that would promote products, increase new bank customers, and maximize existing customers' share of walletMentor and coach the branch sales teamApprove transactions and oversee the performance of service in the branch that would impact customer satisfaction and relationshipsPerform compliance/governance and risk management requirements based on the policies and framework set by the bankPerform customer service standards by applying the right attitude and skills using the EastWest Service Pillars and Service Standards What we're looking for Bachelor's Degree in business or any related fieldRequires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an equivalent role within the banking industryStrong leadership skills and a track record of effectively managing a sales teamIn-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering lasting customer relationships What you can expect from joining our team Career development and training opportunitiesCompetitive salary package and benefitsPerformance-based incentives and recognition programs to reward high-performing individualsOpportunity to work with industry experts and be mentored by themDefined career progression paths to guide you in your professional growth
