Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics / Management Accounting / Financial Accounting / Business administration, any business-related courses.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience specializing in Inventory Management, Accounting, and other similar functions
  • Technical Expertise and Intensive knowledge in Inventory Management, System Audit
  • Background knowledge in inventory management software
  • Computer Skills

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Spearhead Wall-to-Wall Physical Count (Pcount) preparation
  • Ensures that store personnel conduct accurate counting during inventory activities
  • Conducts variance investigation in the store based on the system reconciliation
  • Investigates and reconciles pending and erroneous inventory transactions such as but not limited to incoming and outgoing transfers, RCRs, RTVs, Disposals, Store Use and other inventory transactions
  • Performs other relevant tasks as may be assigned by Store Operations Manager such as but not limited to assisting in store operation functions and among others
