Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Development Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
  • At least 2 years (s) of working experience specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Responsible for the implementation of human resources programs to ensure manpower availability and stability covering the following areas:
  • talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing,
  • Training and development, records management,
  • Employee relations and retention,
  • Completing personnel transactions.
  • Provide operations support services to every department to ensure smooth daily store transactions
