Service Delivery Project Coordinator

Gear Inc. is looking for a Project Officer for our AU Telco team, you'll help manage project coordination and contribute to the success of critical initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end management of telecommunications service delivery, from order initiation to completion.Use Monday.com to track project timelines, allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure accountability.Manage project communications and documentation using Halo PSA and other internal systems.Coordinate with internal technical teams, suppliers, and vendors (including TPG Telecom) to fulfill installation and provisioning requirements.Maintain accurate data in Zoho CRM, ensuring real-time project visibility and smooth handover between teamsIdentify potential delays, risks, or conflicts in project delivery and escalate or recommend mitigation strategiesPrepare and distribute project status updates, reports, and meeting summariesAssist the Project Manager in maintaining project compliance with internal standards and client SLAsSupport administrative duties including scheduling, documentation control, and stakeholder follow-ups Qualifications & Experience: Experience in Telco AU accounts (QA, Trainer, Team Lead, Service Delivery, or Operations).Good understanding of service delivery workflow.Strong communication skills for dealing with internal teams, vendors, and clients.Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with timelines and compliance.Familiarity with project tools (Monday.com, Zoho CRM, PSA tools) is a plus, but training will be provided.Bachelors degree in Project Management, Telecommunications, Business, or a related field.
