**Job Description:**

TASQ is urgently seeking Customer Service Representatives for a Financial Tech Account. This is a great opportunity for those looking to start a career in the BPO industry, and it comes with a Php20,000 sign-on bonus.

**Location:** On-site positions available in Makati

**Start Date:** April 10

**Job Qualifications:**
- Must be willing to sign an nondisclosure agreeement about the assessment and acknowledge the data privacy notice after passing the prescreening interview

- Strong English proficiency and excellent communication skills.

- Previous BPO experience is preferred but not required; we welcome applications from newcomers.

- High school graduates from the old curriculum are eligible to apply.

- Candidates must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement regarding the assessment and acknowledge the data privacy notice.

**Job Benefits:**

- A 22-day training program with a training allowance provided.

- A 1,000 PHP work arrangement subsidy, prorated based on attendance.

- On-site work is mandatory.

- HMO benefits available 2-3 weeks after employment starts.

- 20 paid time-off days annually, in addition to government benefits.

- A 10% night differential and overtime pay.

- An internal points system that rewards free coffee and meals.

**Salary Package:**

- Total compensation can reach up to 25,000 PHP.
