Job Description:

We are seeking a Salesforce Implementation Consultant with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation projects. The ideal candidate is skilled in leveraging out-of-the-box Salesforce components to deliver scalable solutions, particularly within Sales and Service Cloud environments. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and clients, primarily in a remote setup, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the implementation of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Flows, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud

  • Design and develop reports and dashboards to meet client business needs

  • Configure and customize out-of-the-box Salesforce components

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients in a remote work environment

  • Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills

  • Provide excellent customer service and post-implementation support

  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and management, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Salesforce implementation

  • Proficient in Flows, Reports & Dashboards, and configuration of Sales and Service Cloud

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce standard functionalities

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships concurrently

  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable working remotely and independently

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus
