Role:The Sr Analyst for Supply Chain Analytics will support strategic supply chain initiatives by leveraging advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and process mining tools. This role will work cross-functionally to identify optimization opportunities, develop dashboards, and support digital transformation efforts within company's global supply chain operationsKey Responsibilities Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities.Build and maintain predictive models and dashboards using tools like SAP Cloud Analytics, Power BI, or Celonis for the Supply Chain Organization.Connect data across Supply Chain functions (Logistics & Warehousing, Demand and Supply Planning, Customer Management, Material and Production Planning).Cultivate and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with business partners to ensure seamless connectivity and alignment with the Supply Chain team.Collaborate with supply chain leaders to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement.Support the implementation and tracking of KPIs across supply chain processes.Participate in global projects to enhance supply chain operations.Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in supply chain or manufacturing environmentExperience creating visuals in at least two business intelligence tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.); SAP Analytics Cloud highly preferred.Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP.Technical and analytical skills with the use of Celonis, a process mining and execution management software.Ability to translate raw data into usable information.Proficient with the MS Office Suite to include strong Excel (pivot tables, V/H look up, Power BI).Prior project management experience and demonstrating the success in process improvements youve implemented.Work Setup: Hybrid Schedule: Night Shift Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa By applying, you give consent to collect, store, and/or process personal and/or sensitive information for recruitment and employment, may it be internal to Cobden & Carter International and/or to its clients.
