We are looking for 1 Division Accountant to be assigned in Paranque City, Metro Manila, Philippines

Job Summary:

Division Accountant performs Financial Audit functions in all branches. Ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of financial reports in compliance with existing policies, guidelines, and procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.  Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of Financial Reports.
2. Safeguard assets, detect and deter financial irregularities through financial reporting and monitoring.
3. Check and monitor the budget for general and specific under the assigned division as the Budget Officer.
4. Assess internal control over Prepaid Expenses, Security Deposits, Office Rent, Withholding Taxes, and Contract of Lease in compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
5. Document findings, recommend corrective action,s and coordinate all financial concerns in the Branch Managers, Area Managers, District Managers, Deputy Division and Division Managers, and support staff, and recommend adjusting entry.
