Salary: PHP 23,000 – PHP 28,000
Areas of Assignment: Malls, Supermarkets, Airport, or Casino

Qualifications
-College graduate or at least 2 years in college
-Confident and charismatic personality
-Good English and Tagalog communication skills (natural conversational style)
-Work experience in customer service is required
-With a sales or retail sales background
-Willing to work on shifting schedules

Job Description & Responsibilities
-Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance, and assist with the discovery of electronic cigarettes
-Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products about the e-cigarette product and conduct guided trials
-Perform seamless purchase transactions, including customization, database registration, and after-sales services
-Provide exceptional customer service by executing product diagnosis, handling returns, and processing replacements in line with the company’s consumer-centric principles
