About This Role: Were looking for a detail-oriented Chief of Staff with strong comfort in numbers, spreadsheets, and data analysis. This role is a hybrid position, splitting time roughly 50/50 between traditional EA support and cost-related data work. Youll play a key role in tracking purchase orders, monitoring changes in cost of goods sold (COGS), and analyzing how fluctuations in metal prices impact product costs. This is a great role for someone who enjoys structured work, problem-solving with data, and supporting decision-making through accurate financial inputs. Key Responsibilities: Executive Assistant Support Provide general administrative and operational support to leadershipOrganize documents, purchase orders, and internal recordsMaintain clean, accurate spreadsheets and filesSupport ad-hoc tasks related to operations and reporting Data & Cost Analysis Review purchase orders and track historical COGS changesAnalyze how metal price fluctuations impact product costsUpdate COGS data used internally and on product listings as neededUse historical PO data to estimate current product COGS based on gold or metal price movementsBuild and maintain Excel or Google Sheets models for cost tracking and projectionsFlag inconsistencies, trends, or anomalies in cost data Software/Platforms/Tools: Excel or Google Sheets (advanced formulas required)Google WorkspaceBasic data tracking or internal systemsPricing or cost reference sources (training provided where needed) Qualifications: 3–5 years of freelancing experience.Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1/C2 level).2 to 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or similar roleStrong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas and data analysisHigh comfort level working with numbers, costs, and structured datasetsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and manage recurring tasks reliablyClear written and verbal English communicationExperience supporting founders or leadership teams is a plusFinance, accounting, or operations exposure is a plus, but not required Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, with some overlap with US business hours preferred
