Be part of a passionate team and create opportunitiesB2B Outbound CallerStarting salary: PHP 20,000 - 25,000(Please apply only if the salary offer meets your expectations.)Job Description:Conduct outbound B2B calls to generate leads and set appointments with potential clients.Deliver sales pitch of company products & services, and identify potential business opportunities.Build & maintain relationships with prospective clients.Meet monthly sales targets by successfully closing deals with qualified leads.Collaborate closely with the President, Marketing team, and other departments to align on goals and campaign strategies.Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions using internal tools or CRM.Perform other marketing duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.Deliver call scripts with clarity, confidence, and adaptability, ensuring conversations sound natural.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Typing Speed: at least 40WPM.Advanced computer skills (tech-savvy).Strong work ethic and professional values.Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospects & clients.Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities.Great attention to detail, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Office).Knowledge in using CRM software and other marketing tools is a plus (e.g,.
