As a seasoned Senior Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our engineering teams and driving the development of high-impact software and features that deliver tangible value to customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating seamless communication among team members
  • Maintaining momentum and ensuring all parties are informed of project progress
  • Providing timely feedback to stakeholders and championing agile values within the organization
  • Onboarding, training, and mentoring scrum team members
  • Coordinating scrum ceremonies, including stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Collaborating with Product Owners to refine, arrange, and optimize product backlogs
  • Identifying and removing roadblocks hindering team progress
  • Adapting Agile practices to better facilitate software delivery as needed
