We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting across various platforms. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants
- Troubleshoot issues in QuickBooks Desktop and Online environments
- Utilize NinjaRMM and ticketing tools to monitor and resolve incidents
- Create and maintain IT scripts for automation and task optimization
- Respond to, track, and resolve IT support tickets within defined service level agreements
- Communicate effectively via Microsoft Teams and maintain high service standards
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and common issues for the knowledge base
- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience
- Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft and Google Workspace issues
- Hands-on experience with RMM and ticketing systems
- Basic to intermediate scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or others)
- Familiarity with accounting software, especially QuickBooks
- Strong communication and remote collaboration skills
- Ability to work night shifts and manage tasks independently
