Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Loyalty Program Specialist to play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and retention through data-driven initiatives and personalized experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a key player in developing and managing customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and loyalty programs that drive customer satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM and loyalty program management, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing data analytics to inform CRM and loyalty program decisions and creating targeted, personalized experiences for customers. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of CRM and loyalty program strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or any related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in CRM, loyalty program management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM, loyalty program management, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with CRM and loyalty program tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
