About the Role

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an AI Automation Engineer. As our first hire in this role, you'll have a significant impact on our business by turning manual services into agent-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our CTO to identify pain points, rank ROI, and define success metrics.
  • Develop and deploy AI-first utilities or integrate them into our existing products, measuring their impact.
  • Debug front-end, back-end, and infra issues when agents misbehave.
  • Ensure sensitive data is safeguarded; zero tolerance for security regressions.
  • Track and test bleeding-edge models, frameworks, and agent designs.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience building and shipping SaaS products.
  • Production experience with AI/ML systems, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
  • Rapid prototyping reflex; features in hours, not days.
  • Previous automation work that delivered measurable business value.
  • Security mindset for handling sensitive data.
  • Self-directed and relentless on the AI learning curve.
