Automation Expert

Transform operational efficiency by joining our dynamic and innovative environment where automation and AI are reshaping operations. As the backbone of our automation efforts, you will design, implement, and maintain cross-platform automations that integrate various APIs and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement process improvements.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows using n8n, ensuring efficient and reliable execution across multiple business systems.
  • Connect and synchronize Airtable, Microsoft ecosystem tools, JIRA, Basecamp, and other SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation flows.
  • Develop and manage Power Automate flows and Power Query transformations to streamline data handling, reporting, and operational dashboards.
  • Create and manage API integrations with project management, CRM, and communication tools to eliminate manual work.
  • Monitor automated workflows, troubleshoot errors, and optimize performance for reliability and scalability.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with n8n workflow automation.
  • Strong proficiency in Airtable (schemas, formulas, automations, API integration).
  • Skilled in Power Automate and Power Query for Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON for integrations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Basecamp, including automation of tasks and reporting.
Professional Background:
  • 2-4+ years of experience in operations automation, systems integration, or process improvement roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business processes into automated workflows.
