About the Role

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user-centered design solutions that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users' needs and behaviors.
  • Design and implement intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into effective design solutions.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and gather feedback.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using design tools.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a UX Designer or in a related role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma and project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
